Our bespoke six week Lifestyle & Family Fitness Packages are designed by World Masters Athlete and director Claire Spurway BSc(Hons).
Experience of being a World Class athlete, education as a sport scientist and successful results from a diverse range of clients over the years has given Claire enhanced knowledge of what truly gets results and a highly developed intuition of what a persons body needs.
Each program is tailored to suit your individual needs and are constantly monitored and evolved to ensure you get the results you want effectively whatever lifestyle you have.
Training methods are holistic, using a myriad of disciplines, without the need of gimmicks or the latest craze. We train smart!
Nutrition and supplementation is pure and natural to power the body and mind.

Our World Class female Personal Trainers have been meticulously selected by Claire Spurway for their outstanding qualities.
All are passionate about what they do and will give you all the support, advice and motivation you need during your'e selected program.
Personal Training sessions are delivered to you face to face or virtually by any medium you choose, such as Zoom, Facetime or Skype.
Sessions can be held indoors in your home or outdoor space.
All classes are designed to take place even in a small space.
We are fully compliant of government regulations regarding face to face sessions and enforce strong hygiene measures.
Simply choose your Lifestyle Package and select how many personal training sessions per week you require.
On your first session we conduct an assessment of your current physical condition, nutritional profile and clarification of your personal goals to enable us to specifically design your selected Lifestyle Package to get the results you desire.
Re-assessment occurs at the end of each package, or more regularly if necessary.

Biometric Tests (Height, Weight and Circumference Measurements)
Fitness and Strength Tests
Flexibility and Mobility Tests
Movement and Postural Analysis
Initial health assessment and re-assessments
A personalised six week exercise program.
1:2:1 or Virtual Personal Training Sessions.
Weekly 30 minute check in calls
